About Jake Augeri

Jake grew up as a part of a military family where his family went through the process of buying, selling, and moving every few years. As such, he has a deep understanding of the nuances that go into the process of relocation, whether that's in-state or out-of-state. After graduating from college and obtaining his master's degree, Jake has settled into becoming a local real estate expert in a large suburb of the Phoenix Metro area. He is married, has one biological daughter, and he and his wife are also involved in foster care. They currently have a six-month old baby girl who's been with them since birth. Jake's hobbies include looking at homes, reading, baking sourdough bread, and roasting coffee.

Jake took a personal interest in our search for a new home from the start. He was available when we needed him and he never flinched at spending the time we needed to view homes. When we found THE house (in 2 weeks) he led the charge in submitting an offer in a busy market on the spot and was able to successfully negotiate a purchase while other offers were flying in. I highly recommend him, he knows what he is doing and loves what he does! He will put the needs of his client first.

I have worked with several other agents in the past and decided to go with Jake Augeri and we are so glad we did. You want someone who is going to be responsive and knowledgeful, with you every step of the way. That it what you are going to get with Jake. He is trustworthy and takes the time that is needed to advise you on best steps. Our house was sold quickly and we our offer on our new home was accepted a few days after that. Selling and buying a house can be stressful but Jake really takes the stress off of you and handles so much. You will not be disappointed.

Jake helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. He was absolutely the right choice. He sold our house in 6 days for more than we were asking and was so helpful in the inspection process. In addition, he was prepared with details on each house he showed us. I found out later that he previewed each house before we went to see them wanting to make sure he was looking for what we wanted and looking for any concerns. He went above and beyond. It also helps that he is kind, responsive, and professional. We hope to not move again, but if we do, Jake Augeri will be our realtor.
