Jake took a personal interest in our search for a new home from the start. He was available when we needed him and he never flinched at spending the time we needed to view homes. When we found THE house (in 2 weeks) he led the charge in submitting an offer in a busy market on the spot and was able to successfully negotiate a purchase while other offers were flying in. I highly recommend him, he knows what he is doing and loves what he does! He will put the needs of his client first.

Jake helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. He was absolutely the right choice. He sold our house in 6 days for more than we were asking and was so helpful in the inspection process. In addition, he was prepared with details on each house he showed us. I found out later that he previewed each house before we went to see them wanting to make sure he was looking for what we wanted and looking for any concerns. He went above and beyond.
