Jake was great to work with throughout the process of selling my home. His knowledge of the market and network of resources made this whole experience incredibly fluid and stress-free. Jake Arden helped my dad purchase his condo in Estero Florida. We were doing the transaction long distance from Arizona and California so it was a bit of a challenge on our end. But Jake made it so simple and seamless. He was professional and did an incredible job, making sure he explained every detail to my 76 year-old dad. He was friendly, prompt, and thorough. He left no stone unturned. He helped us with arranging for insurance and a reliable plumber. He provided us with quotes and went above and beyond his Realtor responsibilities. When My dad wanted to see units, he was unable to attend because he was long distance. Jake provided us with a detailed videos of the units we were Interested in.
