We were so lucky to find Jamie! We had come to visit from out of state. Another Realtor showed us some new home builds then we decided to look at existing homes. Getting a hold of the guy we met with earlier in the day had been so difficult for weeks and we had been very nervous about making this trip with him being so unresponsive. Now here we were and he was rushed and annoyed and kept brushing us off. I googled realtors in the area and Jamie popped up. I think it was like 9pm on a Saturday night. I explained we were here from out of state and leaving mid day the next day. That we wanted to possibly see a few homes before we left. He messaged me almost immediately! He asked which homes we were interested and had tours set up before I even arrived back to my hotel! He was so quick! Super friendly and down to earth! Due to his hard work we were able to find the right home in the exact area in our budget within a week! We are not local so he took us on a FaceTime tour of the home so we could quickly make a decision in this whacky fast moving housing market! He never seemed bothered by my millions of questions or concerns. He was honest and easy to work with. He knows the carson city area very well and was such an asset to us in finding the right home for our family. He helped us negotiate every detail and made it feel so easy! We were so very lucky to find him! If your in the market for a home this is your guy!!!!
