Wendy Lippert is inexperienced and does not respect property. She was a buyer agent and we toured a house. She started to pull up vinyl flooring causing damage. She was so unhelpful and pessimistic. Everything was bad to her. She claimed a room was not a certain number or rooms. She caused us to lose a house that we liked because of her rude behavior toward the seller and did not know how to negotiate. We ended up finding another buyer agent as she is not helpful, rude, and disrespects seller property.

My sister selected Polter Reality to list my late fathers home. Polter Reality had a meeting with both my sisters and stated verbally it would be 5% commission to list and sell. I then received a email with a listing and selling agreement with higher percentage rate and unprofessional document with lines crossed out with an ink pen thru out the document Then I reviewed the listing on my late fathers home on MLS with the wrong information on the bathroom and a photo of the front entrance with small tree limbs laying in the yard. I would hope the realtor would really review the photos prior to posting on MLS!
