Being a first-time home buyer, Jaime put my uneasiness to rest by explaining every step of the process with patience and understanding. Because I was living out of state up until the time of signing, Jaime previewed houses with me through video and FaceTime. This helped me to cross houses off the list in order to make the most of the short time that I had when I visited to look at houses. She took the time to talk me through my list of aEURoemust-havesaEUR? for each house and used her eagle eye while viewing houses to spot things that I otherwise would not have noticed. In the past, my realtors would be great up until a certain point, and then it was hard to get them to respond to something, or things started slipping through the cracks. Not so with Jaime! She was diligent from start to finish, and answered questions I didn't even know to ask. Coming from out of state, her local knowledge helped me feel more comfortable with my move.Update: When Jaime says she'll be there for you even after the sale is over, she's not kidding.
