Jaime was professional and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Jamie contacted me initially by phone to inquire about my general ideas. He showed me homes within my budget, even in a seller?s market, and also those above my budget, to show me what my wish list would cost. In the cold months of January and February, he stood on long lines as we toured open houses and suggested reasonable offers after doing research on the neighboring comps. His research helped me to put forward a winning offer in a sellers market. When many homes were unavailable in a very competitive market, he suggested alternate comparable homes nearby. He answered many calls at various hours of the day. He was always very responsive and patient with all of my many questions and fears as a first time home buyer. He suggested helpful tips on future maintenance of the home. He thought of creative ways that the purchase could be profitable for me as a homeowner. He also helped me decide between homes when I secured multiple accepted offers. He was willing to attend showings when I was unavailable in order for me to appear virtually. He provided assistance in every area of the process including financing, inspections, negotiations, potential tax grievances, available rebates, and of course the closing. He also provided guidance on state programs, whether or not they were available to me. After closing, he remained helpful and ready to assist with home maintenance questions. He was most helpful with many anecdotes from prior clients, which helped to ease any concerns as they arose. I would recommend him to other family and friends as they engage in the home buying process.
