Jacqulyn Went above and beyond to find a buyer for our home. She has a great marketing strategy to find buyers. I had my home listed with another company and we had no activity. We listed our home with her and the showings started. Had an offer in no time. We learned the hard way not all agents are created equal. You need agent with I'm gonna sell this house attitude. She is it.

Mrs. Noble was very helpful and professional. She worked diligently with all entities involved with my home buying process. She will do her best to ensure that your home buying process is streamlined. She is also very knowledgeable with the VA Home loan process. I would highly encourage anyone buying/selling to acquire her services

Answered Questions
I get this question all of the time where I live.... The harsh truth is that in Texas, if it's not permanently attached to the ground..i.e. retrofitted ect. then you must look at it like selling a used car. Lots of people post it on Facebook Marketplace "for sale to be moved" or things like that. You could also go to a local manufactured home dealership and see if they'd like to purchase it..... I hope that helps answer some questions. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions. Good Luck.
If you live in a subdivision, you can go to the property owners association & see if they have records of building permits filed when it was initially built as well as the city if you live within the city limits. OR Call some local builders & see if they know or have records on it... or ask a neighbor who has been living there forever.. nosey neighbors can be helpful.. sometimes. LOL I hope that helps. Good Luck
