We made this purchase from over six hours away and from day one Jacques was very attentive and helpful with all of our needs. He was always very prompt responding to texts and phone calls no matter how busy he may have been with local clients. With the COVID-19 situation things were obviously navigated differently, however Jacques did not let that deter from the quality of service we received.
