Jacquelyn Butler really saved tbe sale of my rental house when the deal i was working on with a prospective buyer was about to fall apart. She was able to negotiate the price higher to cover the repairs the buyers really did want for the air conditioning and some cosmetic repairs and provide vendors she knew had been reliable on other sales to do the work. The deal closed earlier than expected with all parties getting what they actually wanted. Ms Bulter came through with list of air conditioning companies and repairmen that were able to give extremely detailed explanations of what the work would require before starting so that the bids were solid and no overruns. These repairmen were professional, finished work on schedule, and in budget. I can give one example of where Ms Butler's experience and knowledge in real estate saved me a lot of money. The buyers agent had noticed a few tiny cracks in the foundation and kept trying to get me to give her my approval to send a foundation repair company she knew of out to the house to give a bid. Ms. Butler knew there was no need for such repairs unless there was actually an issue with the foundation. She had me hire a structural engineer to evaluate and sure enough the structural engineer did a thorough evaluation and the foundation was actually fine. If i hadn't hired my own real estate agent and selected Ms. Butler for her years of experience and expertise on real estate matters, then i could have been misguided to pay a foundation repair company a lot of money that was completely unnecessary. It really made a huge improvement to the bottom line to have Ms, Butler working on my sale. I would highly recommend her to sellers or buyers because what she knows and her hard work will save you money!
