ZillowVERIFIEDI had a house on the market for a long time. It was an old beautiful home from 1890. But it required a unique buyer. Someone who could appreciate its potential. So it languished on the market while broker after broker were not proactive. I found Jacqueline Morales here and I hired her because she seemed like a hungry do-er. It took a little more than a year and that was to be expected. She did find a renter for me, however, and that was a good tenant. I relisted with her and she found me a buyer. A strong one. Not only this, but again, old house. And I wasnt living there. And it was far from me. Jacqueline really stepped up the plate for me. When the locks needed changing she had the changed. When the house needed painting, she had it painted. When the house failed its oil tank inspection, she hit the ball out of the park. She found the right people. had it inspected, and we were able to close. She is an incredible real estate broker and I was lucky to have found her. Thank you for all your hard work Jacqueline.
