Jackie was absolutely excellent!! We walked into this journey with little knowledge about the buying process and not a clue on what we really wanted. Life was drastically shifting around us and we had a complicated credit situation to top it off. She never batted an eye and guided us in the direction that was best suited for our crazy lives. Jackie came recommended from a friend. She knew this area, she knew the market and considering she had kids, she was ALWAYS responsive! Not that we over badgered, but Jackie was available to answer any questions from these beginner buyers. She really wanted us to succeed in buying a home that would WE would love. She didn't try to convince us, in fact, if she found a home she didn't think suited us - she was frank about it. My husband and I appreciate her all her hard work in getting us our home.
