Jackie was an excellent agent who was very responsive and aided us in our house hunt as well as in the home buying process. She was particularly mindful of our needs as we were doing the entire process remotely on account of travel restrictions imposed by the pandemic. She did a lot of legwork on our behalf and was flexible with her schedule so we could communicate despite the 3-hr time difference - when we eventually settled on a home, she moved swiftly and helped us get the price we wanted!
