I was Blessed with three beautiful boys (Michael and Collin are now in heaven) and a son named Richard who currently livesl in North Charleston, South Carolina.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Find an agent who is willing to take some time with you and answer your questions. An agent who knows the area you want to live in and an agent who has some experience. Hiring an out of area agent to help you find/buy a home in an area they are unfamiliar with does not do a service to you. They won't be there for the things that are important .

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Hire an agent with experience and who works the area you are selling in. Hiring an out of area agent will be a great dis service as they will do the minimal amount of work and rely mostly on the listing agent to get their information. As a seller you deserve someone willing to put in the work and have your back.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

i work with sellers and buyers for single family homes. Investors looking to buy/sell investment properties and clients looking to buy/sell vacant land.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Sellers were separated by several states at the time of the sale. Mrs. Seller had cancer, Mr. Seller had the onset of demensia. Sellers had lived together at the property 30 years. Escrow was a tough one and long (no one's fault). In the end Sellers were reunited, home was sold and everyone was happy. ;)

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was working for a physical therapist who employed a terrible manager. After two years I had my fill, gave my notice and decided to do what I had always wanted to do which was to form relationships selling real estate. 14 years later working as a licensed realtor my husband and I purchased the CENTURY 21 Franchise in Mariposa, my husband obtained his Brokers Lic and Drone Certification and the rest is history. That was 8 years ago. Total time in this business a very satisfying 21 years ;))

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

My husband and I both pride ourselves on being honest and informative. We always say "we don't blow smoke". And seriously, homes, land, property .... it sells itself. We are low pressure, but always here for our clients. And we will go above and beyond for all of our buyers and sellers. Whatever it takes.
