Lauren went above and beyond. This was a cross country move. They traveled 5 hours one way across Florida for multiple showings, coordinated help with local finance, and ensured we had everything we needed. Not only that she helped our selling realtor in Oklahoma with creative selling tactics to help get our home sold. Very responsive and never left you wondering the next steps. Great service that you just dont commonly see anymore. She wanted to ensure everything was stress free and helped anticipate needs as well. Luckily, I met Lauren at an open house many months ago when I was visiting the area and just browsing houses to see what the market looked like. I told her right up front that we wouldn't be buying for a minimum of a few months to maybe 6 months or more, and she didn't flinch at all. She asked me for my info so she could start sending listings that would be of interest, and answered all the questions we had. 9 months later she helped us close on our house! Lauren did an outstanding job of helping us find the house that was what we wanted within our budget. She is a very knowledgable realtor in SW Florida. We were given great insights about all the houses and neighborhoods through the whole process, including future resale considerations. Lauren always made a point to ask us what our thoughts were about the layout of a house, what we liked and disliked, what we thought of the neighborhood, and what we would do to the house once it was ours. When it came to dealing with the seller and the title company, we definitely had the best realtor you could find. Lauren was 100% on our side in the negotiation process, and even when dealing with the title company. She made it all happen quickly and easily. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and will recommend Lauren to everyone since her attention to detail and level of dedication to her clients is second to none. We have our realtor for the future too!
