About Jacob Sopeland

Jake was born and raised in Payson Arizona and is a 3rd generation Arizona Realtor. Jake chose to leave the familiarity of his mountain community after graduation to attend college in California, and also studied in Central Europe. After receiving his degree, Jake elected to return to Rim Country to raise his family. In additional to bringing extensive knowledge of Payson and Rim Country in his representation of clients, Jake also has a high degree of experience in construction having grown up in a construction family and has built several of his own homes. Jake has an extensive group of builder clients that he actively assists in selling their builder specs, so if you are interested in a new home or looking for a builder to build on your lot, Jake can assist from start to finish. Jake goes above and beyond in representing his clients, whether buying or selling, and is an aggressive advocate to represent client interests. We worked with Jake for over 1 1/2 years at first looking at existing homes in the Chaparral Pines and Rim Club communities. He was very professional and diligent with numerous properties to see when we would come to Payson from San Diego. We just could not find the right home for us, so we changed course and started looking for bare land and again Jake was prepared with showings when we came back. We found the right parcel and have broken ground on our home with a very reputable contractor from Payson that Jake got us hooked up with.
