Jacob Sanders

I specialize in assisting home buyers and sellers in the Jasper, Alabama market as well as all of Smith Lake. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-PRO Certified, and also a Certified Distinctive Property Specialist. I began working in real estate in 2008 and became a full-time agent in 2010. Since 2012 I have been rewarded each year nationally with the ERA "Circle of Honor" and "Circle of Achievement" Awards for continuous growth in sales. My escalating sales in 2016 earned me the "Leaders Circle" Award, which recognizes the highest designation for sales agents in the ERA network. I was formally recognized for this accomplishment at the 2017 ERA International Business Conference in Dallas, TX. I've been fortunate to consistently be in the Top 10 agents in our whole market for sales. I am very involved in my local community and support various local charities including the ERA MDA Summer Camp program and organizations throughout Walker County. I am a graduate of the Leadership Walker County Program, a leader in the Youth Leadership Walker County program, a graduate of the ERA Leadership Academy, and serve on the Walker County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. I earned by Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University Montgomery in 2004. I serve all of Walker, Winston, Jefferson, Marion counties as well as all of Smith Lake.
