My goal is to make the sale of your home as stress free as possible. Many sellers learn the hard way that the 3 P's are not enough. The 3 P's are as follows. 1. Putting a sign in the yard 2. Pictures 3. Putting the home on the MLS 93% of buyers start their home search online. Having a marketing plan prepared around optimizing your homes online delivery is ultimately what drives buyers to your home. I have spent countless hours and invested a significant amount of my own money educating myself in online marketing. My online campaigns consistently get more views than simply posting your home on Zillow, Realtor, and Trulia COMBINED. The Homes I sell typically spend about 50% less time on the market, and consistently sell in the top price per sq ft in their respected communities. I have helped sellers who have spent 90+ days on the market with a different realtor and no offers go under contract in 1 day by simply offering some small tweaks and launching my online campaign. Jake was our first agent in the home buying process and was always responsive even when it's late at night and you have these crazy thoughts about the house you're wanting. He will do the best he can to negotiate on the ideas you have in saving $$ on the home. We have used Jake for 4 houses. Two sales and two purchase. For both of our house sales he has gone above and beyond and gotten exactly, if not more than what we were asking for. He also beat records in each neighborhood for both houses making them the highest selling for the square footage. Homie sold the exact same house down the street from us and we got thousands of dollars more. For both purchases of our homes Jake found us exactly what we were looking for on the first showings. He really dials in, uses his knowledge and tools to find the perfect houses making sure to not waste your time bouncing from house to house and trying to feel it out like previous realtors we've used. We are currently in the process of building a new home and cant wait for it to be finished! Thanks to Jake we are getting a gorgeous house that we never thought was in our budget.

Jake was extremely helpful helping us find a house. He asked us the area in which we wanted to purchase and what we were looking for and went to work. Our lease was ending and we decided to purchase a home instead of renting, but we did not know where to start.
