Jacob made the process of buying our home in Oregon incredibly painless and easy. We have 2 small kids and were looking for a home in a nice neighborhood with young families. Jacob was an awesome realtor, we called him up last minute to see a property without much heads up and he got it figured out. Unfortunately that one didnt work out but he met up with us for coffee and started digging in to get us options and properties for us to check out which was no little feat given the lack of inventory. He went above and beyond for us and was awesome every step of the way. Anything we asked of him he figured out and was also great at communicating. He even offered to help remove some junk from our property that the old tenants left and the old owner refused to remove but we didnt let him do that as it wasnt his problem to deal with but he still offered to help! He even made offers to come lend a hand with some house rennovations and was willing to do whatever to make sure the sale went through smoothly and we believe had we taken him up he would have been there happy to help with a smile on his face. He also had plenty of good recomendations for different people to do things like house inspections or repair people and other things like that. Awesome experience, I wouldn't have any hesitations in recommending him to other people because as i mentioned he went above and beyond for us and is an awesome guy! Highly recommend!
