We hired Jacob to sell my father's house after he passed. He responded promptly to a request for a proposals to serve as our representative and once selected, he did an outstanding job of getting a few minor repairs contracted, the house cleaned and professionally photographed and ready to market. It went on Zillow, and within a few days we had a full-price offer on the house. During the process of the sale, Jacob handled the typical unexpected problems and guided me through to a successful closing, prior to the projected closing date. All of his work was thorough and professional, he contacted me promptly with problems and paperwork. and the process went smoothly to closing. I live out of state, and he used electronic documents that I was able to easily handle, sign and process for the sale. It could not have gone more smoothly. This is our second experience as a real estate seller with Jacob so we are highly likely to recommend him and have already done so. We found his local expertise and advocacy very impressive on both occasions. As an example, he went to bat for us with power and internet services when he saw that our lines were too low. We were always impressed with his expertise throughout the process whenever he explained details of transactions or answered our questions. He kept us informed of changes in a timely fashion and promptly responded to our calls. Jacob's negotiation skills were excellent and he always considered our input in concert with his professional opinions and expertise. We did feel the initial listing price for our home may have been too high and, in hind sight, Jacob concurred. However, we were very happy with the offer on our home within four weeks, the negotiated sales price, and our overall experience with Jacob.
