As a born & raised Vermonter, I love this beautiful state. For 3 years I've had a passion for transitioning home buyers and home sellers into their next stage of life and out of their old one. As a first-time homebuyer in the Vermont real estate market, I did as much research as I could to inform myself. However, no amount of research I did could make up for the fantastic job that Jacob did for me. Jacob walked me through the process slowly and made sure I understood everything clearly. He was always extremely prompt in responding to my inquiries and scheduling showings, and he was able to secure a showing for each property that I wanted to view during my search. Whenever I had any questions for him, I knew he would always have the answers. Jacob did a great job working with my lender, home inspectors, and sellers? agents to make the process go as smoothly as possible for me.
