Our hands were full and we needed a realtor who was willing and able to take on pretty much everything for us while we handled our other pressing business. This included not just selling the home, which they accomplished very quickly and painlessly, and negotiating a very fair price for us, but taking care of emptying the house of furnishings that we didn't sell before we left and coordinating the transfer of utilities. Everything was accomplished in the most timely, thoughtful, and warmhearted way. They never failed to ask how our ill family member was doing in the midst of all of our business. Peggy is truly the best realtor we have ever worked with. This was our fourth time purchasing a property and we were blown away with how receptive, kind and knowledgeable Peggy was. We were looking for a condo out of state and needed someone that is very familiar with the Santa Fe market as well as someone that knew how to navigate through a multiple offer scenario. We ended up putting an offer sight unseen and Peggy walked us through it every step of the way. She represented us throughout the entire sale from first walk through (taking videos and FaceTime) to inspection to repairing minor fixes to make it move in ready for my mother in law. We would buy again in Santa Fe just to get the opportunity to have Peggy represent us again.
