I?m unable to provide a good response on any of my interaction with Jaclyn. Our first conversation was brief but it sounded like she was in a call center type room and it was very rushed. I reached out and spoke to her about setting up a viewing to see a house. She stated she would get in contact with the listing agent and get it scheduled. No response. I called and left messages and never received even so much as a courtesy call or email back. Eventually I contacted the listing agent who had never heard from Jaclyn and I was able to view the house with another real estate agent. My advice is that there are hundreds of agents that can help you - don?t settle for the ones that clearly don?t know how to have professional courtesy. My time is just as valuable as yours.
