1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Understand the local market, get preapproved, be realistic, and work with a Realtor that can advise you on each step of the transaction.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price it right, stage the home, make necessary repairs, deep clean, professional photography and most important, work with a Realtor that will know how to market your home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Clients looking to sell or buy custom homes, short sales, foreclosures, expired, 1031 exchange, land parcels, new construction, country club, golf properties, investors, and high-rise.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Extensive knowledge of current inventory, new and resale. As a resident of Las Vegas for over three decades, I'm familiar with all areas of town, specialty properties, and new construction.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

A former co-worker who was a Realtor, thought I would be great at it. So after a decade in the hotel industry as front services manager at Hilton, I decided to take the leap into real estate.
