I ended up being awarded the "Rookie of the Year" award in the Keller Williams-Owasso market center, later that year. I bought a home in Owasso from California last November, remotely. My Realtor, Rhonda McCarty and I tour about a dozen houses via video conference. We wrote and submitted offers online. There was no need for me to come to Owasso until after the closing to take possession of my house. She also assisted me with setting up utilities and dealing with Mortgage Brokers and Insurance agents. From the very start, Jackie and her Team were there for us. She understood the market in our area and what we needed to do to sell our home. She worked with us during the pre-listing phase, had her Team help us with staging our home for pictures, open houses, etc. We were very pleased with the professional pictures that were taken, both inside and out, they looked really great! Jackie and her Team were very responsive on keeping us updated on open house results, offer process, and activities to the eventual closing of our home. We were also quite pleased with the drone footage of our home which is a great feature to help potential buyers see the home from a different angle.
