ZillowVERIFIEDJackie was amazing and extremely helpful in preparing our home to sell in record time and getting it sold quickly in a difficult slowing market with a single open house weekend. She arranged for contractors to paint, renovate flooring, landscape and fences, moving furniture and disposing of anything left behind. The home was ready to list about 3 weeks after we started the whole process, which was no small feat given the amount of work required and contractors that had to be lined up, including staging and photography at the end. Once the home was on the market there were 3 days of open houses (Friday-Sunday). The level of interest and traffic was considerably higher than we expected given the current market. But given the price we had listed at, following Jackies advice, along with the renovation improvements, made it an attractive home compared to others around. Overall we were very satisfied when we saw 5 offers 3 days after the open houses, with the highest hitting close enough to where we hoped to be. Getting the home sold promptly was a big relief, as we were in a contract to buy another home contingent on the sale of this home. In the end we closed the sale 23 days after accepting the offer and a week later we closed on the purchase of our new home. All in all it took 10 weeks from the time we toured the new home to when we moved in. I consider this record time for two transactions in the current market conditions. We are very happy with the end result and have Jackie and her team to thank for all the help they provided along the way.
