Jackie is great to work with! She has helped me with the purchase of two homes, and sale of the first home, within the past three years (the previous one being my first home). We had a very tight deadline and target sale price we needed to hit. With no real equivalent comps for our home, Jackie really went the extra mile and spent the time putting together comps for our file, researching features and neighboring town sales and it came in at target value! I felt she was a great advocate for us through the process and keep us informed every step of the way! She also showed great patience with all of our questions. I have no doubt that our sale was as successful as it was because of Jackie. I would highly recommend, and definitely use her again!
