She showed us eight houses in one day spanning from Harrisville to north of Rogers City and we ended up purchasing one of them. She guided us through a rather complicated purchase due to timing issues with the sellers. Any time I need a reference for a local business (as we live 4 hours away) she always responds. At closing she told us just because we closed on the house that didn't mean she was done being our realtor. That shows just how dedicated she is. I highly recommend her!

She was very knowledgeable as well providing timely information, which helped keep the process rolling along. She was also proactive if she noticed an item needed attention, that may not be part of the normal process. She was able to contact our pending insurance and the mortgage company to expedite a couple of key items as needed. To me these were not her responsibility, but she felt obligated to keep the process rolling and was able to help. She was the QB, which managed our purchase from beginning to end without fault.
