ZillowVERIFIEDi own a few properties and Ive learned that finding the right and best agent is imperative to landing your dream house. Thats why when I decided to move to a new state/city, I interviewed a number of agents before I spoke with Jackie and knew right away she was the right agent for my search. We were looking to move to the hottest area in the US, Austin, TX, at the very peak of the housing market in 2021. Competition was fierce during this time when house s were getting 50+ offers and waitlists were hundreds of people long. We knew we wanted to buy a lot and build and Jackie was the right agent because she was well connected in the new construction communities which meant she had the latest updates on them and her husband is in the new build construction industry so that made her much more knowledgeable than the other agents I spoke with. After visiting Austin for the first time and Jackie showing us around, we flew home to wait for something to come up. Within a week, a handful of lots were released and with Jackies guidance, we were able to bid the right price and landed one of the two lots we made an offer on! We later found out we beat out over 1,000 other bids on those 10 lots and feel so fortunate to have Jackies guidance. Throughout the build, Jackie also landed her expertise. I had a couple of stressful breakdowns and Jackie was always quick to hop on a call and be very logical and finding a solution. She showed up to every meeting early and knew what to look for during walk throughs. She also was so sweet to give us some lovely gifts which weve proudly displayed in our new home. Jackie made the build process a breeze; we couldnt have asked for a smoother process. Id recommend working with Jackie as shes super connected and highly informed which will give you a leg up in this market!
