Don't contact this agent we just bought a Brand New house foreclosed in 2007 put back on the market in 2014 the agent would not negotiate for us. Dave Griffith helped me sell a difficult property after the real estate crash of 2009. First he quickly found me a tenant for 5 years because nothing was selling. We stayed in contact during that five year period and he stepped in to help (with no compensation) when my tenant became uncooperative . When the market recovered sufficiently he and came up with innovative ideas to make the property more appealing. He knows his market.
