With the market being so competitive, it was important to be on top of it 100% - and Justin was. He is responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and has his clients' best interest at heart. My husband is deployed overseas, so it was scary knowing I would be doing this on my own, but Justin was able to answer all of my questions, and so willing to discuss any concerns I had. On top of all of that, he is just a really cool guy to work with! Buying a home is personal, so you want to feel comfortable and get along with your realtor! One other thing that I LOVED was their ability to do electronic signatures on all of their paperwork; talk about convenience! I would highly, highly, highly recommend Justin and his team to anyone looking for a home. We had one thing after another trying our patience with this purchase but Justin was on our side and fighting for us every step of the way. If it hadn't been for Justin, we probably would have backed out on the property of our dreams. He even went so far as to spend the day of closing cleaning the house that the sellers left a mess!! Justin will be our first call if/When we ever sell and buy again!
