1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Know what you want and be sure your finances are in order!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Upgrades are important, but so is neat, clean and decluttered. Set your price realistically and be flexible.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients from first time homebuyers to estate properties, commercial buildings, vacation homes, etc. We also work with the Over 55 set to find them the best communities for active senior adults>
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently assisted a buyer in making a transition from San Antonio to be close to her family in North Texas. We helped her with all facets of the move and were rewarded with a gift at closing! And we made a great friend for life!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was in the real estate business in the 1970s but chose a path into High Tech Sales. I have always wanted to start my own business again and it was time to take the leap!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have over 3,000 hours in real estate training and I seek to stay up to date and informed on all facets so that my clients have that competitive edge!
