I was going through a divorce last year and at first tried to find a new home by myself and did not have the time or the knowledge to be very effective. I had called Jacki as a prospective buyer to one of her properties, which ended up being under contract. Based on how Jacki had handled herself on the phone I opted to call her back a week later and enlist her services. Best decision I made, Jacki was/is extremely knowledgeable of Mt. Laurel and the surrounding areas, she assessed my needs and we did tour several properties before getting an early offer in on a property that had a perfect location that popped up out of nowhere. ZillowVERIFIED I don?t like to leave bad reviews on anyone especially when they have all good reviews but I couldn?t let this one go. seller beware. Stan and JACKI tried to get us to list our house for $430,000 based on comps that didn?t match up to our property by any means. they also wanted us to sign an exclusive with them and not give us a good reason why. we told him that we wanted to list it in the spring when the flowers were in bloom the pool was open and the property looked as good as it could possibly look and they disagreed they wanted us to list it immediately. we ended up going with another realtor who suggested we listed for 599 and landed up selling it for 605. That?s the reason for the poor review.

Within 15 minutes of walk through, Jackie gave us a perfect game plan. Right from bare minimum things we need to do make house market ready to what price we should set and what we should realistically expect. We chose her and everything went as per the script. Until the first buyer put forward an unreasonable demand. But that's when Jacki impressed us even more. We had started talking about discounts and credits. But she stopped us. She advised us to let that buyer walk. She promised us that she will get us more offers, possibly a better one and she did! She masterfully negotiated with them all to get us the best price for our house, mush above our expectations. Ultra-professional, really on top of their game with comps and getting you the best possible price for your home, no matter the type or whether it's updated and a "plum" or needing work because it's an estate sale. I never stressed over anything because they were always ready to answer questions, look out for your best interests, proactively getting things moving in the right direction. By following their advice on list price, I had two occasions with bidding wars and closed at higher than list price (my mom's house and a year later my own townhouse). You absolutely cannot find a better agent/team and I am sure you will be suitable impressed if/when you work with them.

We had already had an estate sale, plus moved the remaining furniture to our new location. This occurred in Dec. when our contract with Jacki was ready to expire. She advised us not to take the house off the market and not wait until Spring. She hooked us up with someone to stage the house, an attorney to represent our legal rights with our former buyer, assisted us with negotiations with the home inspector, and met all our needs and quickly responded to our many questions. The house sold for 10K over the asking price, 4 days after it went back on the market I recommend her enthusiastically! She is a gem.

What led us to picking Stan was he really understood our taste and style right away. He was not pushy at all but rather really listened to what we wanted. He was patient and fought for us as his buyers. He was always available and made us feel as if we were his top priority. The house that we ended up buying was rough in the sense it needed a lot of repairs. He made sure to stay on top of the seller's agent to get all the items fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the repairs should be done and is very detail orientated which helped us make sure we were asking for the items to be fixed in a manner that would be satisfactory to us. There were several times we felt like we were going to walk away from the deal and he always supported our decision, without making us feel that he wasted time but rather that he will do anything to make sure we feel we are making the right decision.
