      1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

      Speak to a reliable mortgage agent and get your credentials in order such as proof of funds and get a pre-approval letter so that the potential seller will select you first

      2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

      I would look at the home and likely bring in a stager to see what could be done to maximize the value of your home in today’s market. It’s very important to look at the property and see what we can do to improve if needed without over spending the budget. I would love the opportunity to come and see your home and make recommendations, give you my marketing strategy to position the home so that it will sell. All doctors don’t graduate with an “A” in their classes and realtors are the same. Allow me to take a look at your property and provide you with a customized marketing plan and comparative market analysis. I will show you what I do that is different and as always, it is your decision who you select as your trusted Realtor.

      3) What types of clients have you worked with?

      I work with both buyers and sellers. I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate. Over 20 years experience - I love what I do :)

      4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

      I recently listed and sold a 3 BR Townhouse. I was attentive to details and marketed it well, negotiated diligently and stayed the course through a very trying and frustrating selling/closing process. I was a straight shooter with the seller and buyer and it was a WIN,WIN,WIN situation. They recommended me to their family member for an additional deal.
