I listed it with Emily in November of 2018 and had a contract in early December 2018. My house was 40 years old and need many minor things repaired after the home inspections. Emily was great on coordinating and finding contractors to perform all the needed improvements. Emily has been in this area her entire life and has a great network of people to assist.

We told Sable that we were looking for an investment but hadn't really settled on whether we wanted land, a house to rent or one to flip. She got busy and started letting us know about all kinds of places to look at. It didn't take long and we found one that we settled on. She even gave us some ideas on how to upgrade it, etc. We'll definitely be getting back to Sable when we're ready to make another sale or purchase.

We were very impressed with her attention to detail in understanding what we were looking for, where our spending boundaries were, her aptitude for filtering through our feedback at various walk throughs to learn more about what we needed/ liked vs what we wanted to avoid and actually using that information productively. We are very direct people who don't care to beat around the bush so we TRULY appreciated her willingness to engage in comparison discussions, realities of one place vs another, etc. She didn't try to sway decisions, it was simply a breath of fresh air to have someone who would sit down and really talk openly with us about pros and cons. This was awesome for us!!! This is a great example of really taking care of your client, willingness to find what is well suited to them, and recognizing the fact that they need to get it right considering the investment they are making. She put us ahead of making a quick sale therefore she made the sale in the end. We would also like to commend her and thank her from the bottom of our hearts for being so willing to work with our insane schedules. The business my husband and I are in carries a massive time demand and our schedules change on a dime. She was INCREDIBLY understanding of this and beyond accommodating. The other thing that I know I personally appreciated, is how helpful she was with things that would normally have been on the buyers individual "to do " lists. There were so many times she was more concerned about helping take things off my plate that I wondered how she could keep up with her own plate :0). It was more appreciated than anyone can understand and it was definitely service above and beyond the call of duty. She's a keeper! Totally wonderful!!! In the end, Sable helped us get into the home that was a perfect fit for us in all the ways that matter. While we plan to be here for a long, long time, if those plans ever change, Sable will be the first call we make. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone facing buying or selling.

We really didn't make it too far in our housing search with him and I sought out a different realtor. In addition, Mr. Rose advised that he works as a team with his daughter and not once did she even pick up the phone or email me. Very disappointed in this experience and i would never seek him out again no matter how good his rating is because of my own experience with him.
