I had the pleasure of working with Jack for the sell of my house in Mountain House. During our initial conversation, he arrived professional and prepared with a full pamphlet of comps, sell pricing, and his offerings (loved it) but this isnt what sold me. I spoke with a few realtors and since I am an avid googler and yelper, I checked out his reviews. What sold me into working with him as my realtor is his responses to issues that have occurred at his firm and the way he respondedaEUR|he took accountability, rectified the situations, and remained professional. We contacted Jack to sell our house in Manteca on 7/28/21. He contacted me that evening and introduced himself and scheduled a meeting to come over to see our home the following week. From there on, he explained everything thoroughly and services that he offered for free such as paying for the inspection fee, professional photography and home staging. All of these services was all paid by Jack. Everything went by so quick to get the inspection done and staging of the home and our house was put on the market on Friday 8/20/21. I received immediate text and calls from buyers' agents wanting to see the house that Friday, Sat, Sun and Monday. Deadline for the offers was Wed 8/25/21 at noon and we receive 3 offers. Jack helped us count offer back and we received the highest offer for our home. Everything went by so fast that we closed on 9/30/21. Jack is always quick to respond back via text or email immediately and always kept us in the loop. Overall experience was good as Jack was on top of everything. I definitely recommend Jack if you're in the market to sell your house in the Tracy and Manteca area.
