Cary was amazing! He got our house up for sale much quicker than we thought and was so sharp on how to price and list it! Our home was older and the transaction was tricky but he facilitated everything and made it feel easy. Coordinating the buy and sell was super tricky with our unique circumstances but he got us through it!!

Earlier this year I found myself in the position of having to sell my mother's condo. It was an older unit with outdated finishes, so I wasn't sure that Kirk would be interested in listing it. To my surprise, he was very enthusiastic, and confident it would sell. Even when a construction project began in the lot next door, threatening to block the unit's mountain view, Kirk's enthusiasm didn't wane. He guided me through the process and remained positive throughout. I'm very grateful to have had him leading me through the sales process in this very challenging time.

Cary truly went above and beyond for my husband and I when purchasing our home. Before we were ready to buy, he let us know that he would love to help us with the process, but did not push too hard. Home shopping. Cary was a delight to work with when looking at homes. He and I would send listings back and forth, he would respond to my messages right away, and would typically be able to set up a viewing appointment rather quickly. When going on viewings, Cary was punctual, professional, and excited to look with us. He let us know, time and time again, that he was ok with viewing as many homes as we'd like, and that we weren't bothering him whatsoever if we wanted to look at a bunch. Before entering the home, Cary would give us the info sheet for that particular home. If we were looking at multiple homes that day, he would give them all to us in the beginning, in the order in which we were driving to them. That kept it easy to follow along. When looking at a home, he would remind us to keep track of things we liked and didn't like by keeping an ongoing written list. This proved to be very helpful, especially after looking at multiple homes in one day. I would frequently reference the list when trying to remember one house from another. He also asked us to rank homes from 1 to 10. This also helped keep track of which ones we liked more than others. When in the homes, he would help point out good and bad features, things we wouldn't even normally look for or at. We really appreciated his professional eyes on each home. If we had questions about the home, he would message the listing agent right then and there as to keep us informed as quickly as possible. Cary handled interactions with agents and homeowners very professionally and friendly. Cary would also gently remind us of the timeline in which we had other appointments to view other homes. He also reminded us that if we really liked a home, we could schedule another appointment and leave more time to spend there to further think about it. Local knowledge. Being a local, Cary thoroughly understood the perks and vantage points of each neighborhood we looked into. He would point out nature trails close by, which he knows my husband and I would be interested in. Negotiation skills. When it came down to us picking the home we purchased, Cary's negotiation skills need to be highlighted. He was able to get asking price down 24k with 25k in seller's credits which went towards closing costs, repairs, and our buy down agreement. At first he wasn't sure if he could ask for 10k in seller's credits, but after speaking with the listing agent multiple times and after going the inspection reports with her, he let us know that he thought he could ask for more. After hearing what they agreed to, my husband and I were elated. We never thought we could get that much money back/off of the price. If Cary hadn't listened to his intuition, we would have been out tens of thousands of dollars. He also negotiated some repairs that the owners were trying to skip over before selling. Buying process. Cary helped keep my husband and I right on track regarding the entire buying process. If there was a document he needed signing, he would email us first, text us, then gently remind us of the timeline if we hadn't signed it quickly. He really helped us keep the process moving along quickly. He was aware of a week-long vacation we had planned and was able to arrange everything around that. Again, his gentle text-reminders were a massive help. We understand that timing is of the essence in this business and Cary truly helped keep us 'in the game' and on top of things. When it came down to topics he wasn't really in charge of, he would remind us of who the appropriate professional would be to ask. Cary worked well with our lender and clearly communicated on our behalf in many circumstances. During the signing appointment he was present and helped explain certain topics that we had questions about. We appreciated his support during the appointment, as it can be overwhelming. He reassured us that when we were feeling frustrated with certain items that were incorrect on the signing papers (lender's fault) and reassured us that we were justified in our feelings. We appreciated his compassion and patience. About a week from signing, he gently asked for a review. We are so grateful for Cary's help. We would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a home. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but very friendly, enthusiastic, punctual, and professional. Between his quick responsive behavior, knowledge, and negotiation skills, he is a true professional and we can't recommend his services enough. Thank you so very much to Cary for helping my husband and I purchase our dream home.
