About Ivie Baker

Ivie Baker has over 24 years of full-time experience as a Realtor. She has been a licensed agent since 1998 and has been working for Kehoe Realty since 1999. In 2011, she achieved her associate broker's license and on January 1st, 2013 Jim and Ivie Baker bought Kehoe Realty from their long-time broker and became a principal broker. Ivie has also been a Recreational Real Estate Specialist for almost all of her real estate career and specializes in residential and recreational properties, such as waterfront and non-waterfront homes and cottages, parceled land and vacant acreage in the Gladwin and Clare County areas. Ivie is also enjoys hunting and fishing and knows the land and lakes in the area. Ivie Baker was voted Realtor of the Year in 2006 for the Clare Gladwin Board of Realtors and has been the MLS Committee Chair Person since 2005. She has also been an active Trustee on the Clare Gladwin Board of Realtors since 2006. Ivie Baker was wonderful during this year long land deal, there was an issue with the sellers deed and it delayed the closing for over a year. During this whole time Ivie was wonderful she kept us informed and helped draft multiple extensions of the buy sell agreement she went above and beyond to keep this deal going. I have worked with many people and she is one that I can truly say is an outstanding professional.
