To say that Ivana gets the job done is an understatement. When my husband and I were first looking to buy our first home, we were looking into buying a new construction home. This was about a year ago. We were referred to Ivana through our mortgage broker so we contacted her in hopes that she would be able to help us through the process. She immediately was able to contact the builders and get as much information as she could but unfortunately the builders were not going to work with outside realtors. Nevertheless Ivana still took the time to give us all the information she gathered answer any of our questions and help us with what she could even though she knew she would not be part of the transaction. As time goes by and the property we were looking to buy started to fall behind in their schedule to have the homes completed my husband and I started to look at other options. About 6 months later we reached out to Ivana again and we told her we would be interested in looking at properties with her. The very first day we went out to look at properties we knew we had found the home for us and within a few days Ivana was able to get our offer accepted. Everything moved so quickly and so smoothly. Even when there were bumps and hiccups during the process she kept open communication (which was huge for us). Her honesty and integrity did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. Not only did Ivana do her job, but she made sure that everyone else did their job in order to ensure that we closed in a timely fashion. As I type this today is the day that my husband and I get the keys to our new home and we could not be more thankful to Ivana for being available at all times to answer questions and look out for our best interest. Going into the market, we knew that there are realtors out there searching to make a quick sale and create income for themselves. We are so thankful for the opportunity to work with an honest woman such as Ivana because throughout the whole process it was evident that she had our best interest at heart as she proposed pros and cons to every situation and provided feedback.
