This agent has tons of advertisements all over the internet, so while searching for an apartment, Ive came through his post many times. Some of them sounded really promising as well as his website, so I decided to give him a try and contacted him by the phone. Oh that was a mistake. We spoke on the phone a few times, and he sounded RUDE and IRRITATED every single time! Not at all a pleasure communicating with him, I should tell you. He also claims himself to be a great professional with years of experience - in fact he failed to answer some of my very important real estate related questions and gave me totally wrong info on the building I was interested in. I found it out later. His jokes and questions were totally unacceptable. I cant believe hes had ANY success working here in the US with American people! I had to give up his service at the very moment when I called back a few days after he promised to send me the contract, introduced myself but he said he doesnt remember who I was (after days of me speaking to him over the phone, and after me giving him all of my personal information he requested). I found a lovely apartment with another agent in less than a week. Now Im looking again, seeing his ads again and staying away, and recommending others to do so!!!
