ZillowVERIFIEDIvan came to the house one day to inquire if I was selling and was the house listed I said no not yet but if he wanted to see the house I wouldn't mind showing him. The house had issues and I asked Ivan if he could give me information and he was very helpful I asked a lot of questions which he answered all in good faith since he did not have the listing at the time. Ivan stopped in several times to see how the house was coming along. I had another real estate agent give me an appraisal the year before but they never followed up. I felt Ivan would not be a slacker and would do a good job and besides the fact that he was profession he was also likeable. I was not disappointed. I was lucky to have several offers for the house the first week it was listed and Ivan promised me that he would be there for me right through to the closing which he was. I could not be more pleased with choosing Ivan to sell my home.
