His knowledge of geographic and housing markets of the northern San Diego county helped us greatly in narrowing down the area that best met our criteria. He worked with us for about 10 months while we lived out of state and during our few visits to the area. He did many showings for us including several live video showings in various areas, provided comparable homes for each, familiarized us with various areas pros and cons, provided advise during offer and negotiation process. Robert was always consistent in his caring for his clients and his promptness, even when he was in the hospital for the birth of his first child!!
