Robert did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house in Escondido remotely. His knowledge of geographic and housing markets of the northern San Diego county helped us greatly in narrowing down the area that best met our criteria. He worked with us for about 10 months while we lived out of state and during our few visits to the area. He did many showings for us including several live video showings in various areas, provided comparable homes for each, familiarized us with various areas pros and cons, provided advise during offer and negotiation process. Robert was always consistent in his caring for his clients and his promptness, even when he was in the hospital for the birth of his first child!! He worked with us very closely with all aspects of closing along side a great team at the escrow and title office. Even after moving to our new home he pleasantly surprised us by visiting and providing advice about the home and use of home owner warranty. He is assisting in many ways in communication of seller to us and vice versa through the seller agent. Robert is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding , patient, thorough in words and actions and follow through, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We feel very lucky and blessed to have found Robert as our agent.
