I reached out to Isti to help me buy a home. The property happened to be right next door to the property I was living in. Isti was so kind and generous with her time. She told me that it would be better to contact the seller myself because the house was not listed. She mentioned that although the seller would pay her commission, but if I made the offer and no realtors were involved that I could potentially save money. i am writing this review bc more agents would have had me sign a buyers agreement for her time and advice. Isti was most interested in proving the best advice possible bc I had already located the property I wanted. It turns out that I was able to negotiate a great deal for the property and the seller actually admitted that his price was lower based on the fact that I did not have an agent representing me.
