April 2015We sold our house in Bensenville, IL in the Spring of 2014 and used Israel Rivera as our Realtor.We have bought and sold many homes and have used many other Realtors over the past 15+ years; but Israel Rivera is by far the best Realtor weve ever had. He is straight forward and will not give you the run arounds. He will return all your calls promptly, visit with you to address any questions or concerns you may have and will give you the best, most realistic advise about buying and selling your home. Note, it is important to follow his advise in order to get the home soldaEUR|.if he tells you to clean out the place and eliminate the clutter and/or only have a certain number of items in the rooms, ie: furniture and the like, do as instructed because staging the home correctly is just as important if you want the home sold at the right price!Israel Rivera will become your friend in that you will be in constant contact with him regarding all of the decisions about the sale or purchase of your new home. We put our house for sale in April, and closed in JulyaEUR| we listened to his instructions by having the needed Open Houses on the weekendsaEUR|and stayed away from the home during these hoursaEUR| if you dont want to listen to the instructions then you may not really want to sell your home. These are important facts to keep in mind! We sold our home and were under contract quickly with other potential offers! We closed at our needed time frame, and were able to stay at the house an extra couple of weeks before we were able to move out of state. Israel Rivera was able to review all the documentation and made sure it was what we needed and wanted. He is an expert in his field and is very reliable, professional, friendly, courteous, resourceful, and conscientious.
