One recent transaction I am particularly fond of involved the sale of a 1-bedroom co-op in Forest Hills (61-20 Grand Central Pkwy) It was a smooth process from start to finish. My client was relocating for a better home opportunity and needed to sell their property quickly. Through strategic pricing, effective marketing, and diligent communication with potential buyers, we were able to generate considerable interest in the property. Within a short period (65 Days), we successfully closed the deal at a favorable price for my Seller client. Seeing their satisfaction with the outcome was incredibly rewarding.
