Firstly, I would like to mention this would be my husband's and I first home purchase, before meeting the Chavez home team we knew absolutely nothing about real estate and what the process may look like for us. We had picked Ismael and his team due to hearing the great reviews from other family and friends. Having a real estate agent like Ismael who is knowledge and a great communicator made this process smooth. We would share our price point and must haves in a home and Ismael would always be able to deliver with these beautiful homes that suit us. When we found the home of our dreams, Ismael's efficiency was remarkable, his team expedited the paperwork and coordinated accordingly, leading to a quick sale. Janette, helped me sell my condo and helped me purchase my new home at the same time. Her communication was the most important key point in this process. She works 24/7. She helped me and my fiancA(C) understand every detail and every question we had. I cannot imagine working with another agent than Janette. I love her work ethic and communication. She gave us updates without asking or checking in with her and she made sure we were stress free as possible in our process. I highly would recommend Janette and her team! They work hard and make sure you are well taken cared off. There communication was the best I have experienced in our process.
