My sister found Irma on this site. We live on the East Coast and the Condo is on the West Coast. We were totally dependent on our real estate agent. The Condo had water damage. In addition to the repairs to the water damaged area, the Condo also had to be painted throughout, the carpeting torn up and replaced with wood flooring plus countless other tasks. Irma dealt with all of this. Never complained, was always patient with us, was always available, was very understanding and extremely easy to communicate with. Irma succeeded in completing all these tasks in a very timely manner and without commensurate remuneration above the standard Real Estate fee.
