Born and raised in California, Irma now resides in Riverbank located in the Central Valley with her husband, children and grandchildren. Irma Capas is the best Realtor that anyone could ever have, Irma is very knowledgeable and professional in every way, I have used Irma and Team Capas to assist with more the one sale of a home, and we love our new home, I think sometimes people don't realize that a Realtor is supposed to be able to fix all bumps in the road and from our experience, Irma is right there with you if anyone has such a problem, Irma and Team Capas won't leave you to figure out any foreseeable issues they want to make sure that you are happy and they want you happy, so we highly recommend 1000% Irma and team Capas

I know this feedback is long overdue, but I just received a call from Irma's office (Natalie) to see how things were going and if I needed anything. My wife and I purchased our home in Oakdale, CA through Irma back in 2014 (as I said, this is long overdue). I remember telling Irma how great she and her team were and that I would be submitting positive feedback to Keller Williams. Sorry, Irma - I guess I've been a little distracted for the past 6 years! Thank you for all your help and patience with our real estate journey. This was only the second home we've purchased since 1996 and I know we (mainly me) drove you crazy with last minute calls and emails every time we saw something new on the market. "Irma, let's go see this today! Irma, why isn't the seller getting back to us? Irma, why do I keep asking all these silly questions and thinking I'm your only client?" You and Maria Ochoa were very kind and considerate with our anxiety and I'm glad you helped us realize the home we are in now was the right choice for us. Every once in a while we talk about how thorough you were with our home buying process. Thank you for all your hard work, negotiation expertise, and treating us like family - we really appreciate it.
