Iris was the consummate real estate professional in terms of selling my condo property. During my interviewing of real estate agents, she was the only one that sought out the condo board to see what the new years budget would be so she could get a handle on the new maintenance fee and to see if there were any lawsuits pending against the condo association. She was also the only agent that explained the tax implications for me, an out-of-state resident, selling real property in New Jersey. Once I decided to select Iris as the listing agent, she moved quickly to properly price the condo and selected a marketing plan that allowed us to list the condo in November and have the closing completed by the end of December. It was imperative that the transaction be completed in 2023 for tax purposes. The condo sold within five days of it being listed and sold for $10,000 above asking price. Simply put I could not have asked for a more competent, communicative, and responsive real estate agent.

Iris did a good job in the marketing and the selling of my home. She researched homes that sold in my area and compared them to my house to determine a price to sell the home than reviewed it with me. Once the pricing was set she put together a marketing strategy so the house would sell quickly. She guided me to hire a professional photographer that took pictures of the house. Iris posted the pictures on several web sites and advertised in some Realestate magazines. We were able to get many showings from this and the house sold in a timely fashion. Overall I received more money for the house than I anticipated and it sold as stated in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Iris to anyone needing a Realestate agent.
