During all of the negations she kept my mothers best interest in the forefront. You couldnt ask for more! ZillowVERIFIEDIrene and her team were superb to work with - professional, hardworking, competent, and incredibly nice too. They went the extra mile in so many ways. For example, they used top-of-the-line creative marketing to encourage interested buyers to view our home (including a professional photo shoot of our home and a video of our neighborhood and home). They priced our house perfectly to encourage a bidding war. Because we had remodeled our home, it was technically worth more per square foot than other homes in our neighborhood. However, Irene didnt want to price it so high that people wouldnt even walk in the door. By pricing the house slightly higher than previous comparable homes, she encouraged lots of potential buyers to come see our house. As she had planned, we then received multiple offers during a bidding war. She ultimately sold our house for well over the asking price, resulting in the highest price per square foot sale in our area. Irene and her team went the extra mile for us in so many ways - I highly recommend them!
