Ms. Katz provided us with invaluable guidance and support from the time we asked for her assistance with the sale of my mother's home through the day of the Closing. While accompanying my brother and me on a walk through of the house and property, she advised us about specific relatively inexpensive maintenance and repair tasks which should be done before placing the house on the market. She was also very knowledgeable about charitable organizations which would gladly accept donations of furniture, clothing and art work. When the house was ready, Ms. Katz brought in a photographer who created an excellent virtual online slide show and video. Consequently, many individuals either made appointments with realtors to visit the house and/or attended Open Houses conducted by Ms. Katz. Once we received a serious offer, Ms. Katz effectively coordinated communication between us and the would be Buyers' Realtor. After a selling price was agreed upon and the initial contract was signed, Ms. Katz also maintained effective ongoing contact with our attorney. Additionally, Ms. Katz was always readily available to discuss and resolve issues related to the Inspection Report prepared by the Buyers' Home Inspector.
